From product file to implementation in four steps
Product file
You send us your product file or a link to it, for example the one you already send to price comparison sites. We do not need order history for the test.
Demo on your catalogue
The next day, 30 minutes. We show B2Bmind on your products and a real customer enquiry.
Test in the quote simulator
You paste enquiries from e-mails, PDFs and Excel files yourself and see which items B2Bmind matched and which it passed to a sales rep. The quote simulator is free.
Implementation
A monthly contract and a plugin for your B2B platform: go live within 10 days of receiving your data. With an API integration, the timeline depends on your team or agency.
In the simulator, B2Bmind matches on the catalogue alone. After implementation it also uses order history and sales rep corrections, so it recognises the names a specific customer uses and gets more accurate with every quote.
What to prepare
For the test you need just one file
For the simulator test:
- a product file
- a few real customer enquiries to paste in: e-mail, PDF or Excel
B2Bmind reads text: e-mails, text files (PDF, Excel, CSV), messages, pasted lists and the API. It does not read scans, photos or phone calls.
For implementation you will also need:
- order history
- about 20 sample enquiries with the quotes you prepared for them
- 2 or 3 sales reps to start with
After implementation

B2Bmind works for your sales reps first. They check and correct the results.

Every week the head of sales approves rules based on corrections, so the same mistakes do not come back.
- 03 · Quotes with a link
Customers complete orders on your platform and create accounts along the way.
- 04 · Customers on their own
Once the model is trained, we switch on list pasting for customers on your platform.
We do not switch B2Bmind on for customers before it is trained, because their first impression of the platform has to be a good one.
