What data we collect

Your full name, company name, e-mail address and, if you provide it, your phone number. Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot arrange a call.

Purposes and legal basis

• responding to your request and preparing a demo: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• contacting you about the B2Bmind offer: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
• establishing, exercising or defending legal claims: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep the data

Until the end of our sales discussions or, if we enter into a contract, for its duration. After that, for the limitation period of any potential claims.

Who we share the data with

IT service providers we use to run the website and handle correspondence (hosting, e-mail, request handling tools), under data processing agreements. We do not sell data.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), the Polish supervisory authority.

Cookies

The website stores cookies that are necessary for it to work. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google tools) are stored only with your consent; without it they are disabled. You can change your cookie settings in your browser at any time.

Server logs

The server records technical information about visits, including IP address, time and browser type. We use it solely to administer the website and keep it secure.

Data in the B2Bmind service

Data that customers process in B2Bmind (catalogue, order history, buyer enquiries) is processed by us on their behalf under a data processing agreement. Details are set out in that agreement and on the Security page.
