What data do you need to get started?
For the test, only a product file, with no customer data. For implementation: the catalogue, order history and about 20 sample enquiries with the quotes you prepared for them.
What exactly goes into the language model?
The enquiry text without personal data, plus the catalogue data needed for matching. The administrator can check this in the log.
Where is the data processed?
In the EU, which is also where hosting is.
Is our data used to train the model?
No. Customer data is not used to train the model.
Who has access to the data?
Users in your company whom you grant access in the dashboard, and the B2Bmind support team within the scope set out in the data processing agreement.
What happens to the data after the test?
In the test we only process your product file, with no customer data.
Is this yet another system to maintain?
B2Bmind works as a ready-made plugin, and onboarding is included in the plan price. If the engine is unavailable, the enquiry goes to a sales rep unchanged.
What if there is no plugin for our platform?
We connect via the API: B2Bmind provides the matching engine, rules dashboard and statistics, and your team or agency handles the integration. Plugins for Sylius, Magento and Shopify are in development.
